Now, explaining a little about them, as you can see I based them off of PRLG, and thus I wanted to give them some connection to them, so what I did was to have these rangers be the succesors of the PRLG, but since they Galacta Beasts were supposed to be lost and stuff, I had the history of their zords being different, their zords were created by Hexagon, but with the aid of Mirinoi, Aquitar and KO-35 technology, plus tech from the future, and thus even when they were man-made zords, they shared the sentience the Galacta Beasts had. Of course, I had to choose different animals to portray and maybe two of them would look like long shots (Green and Pink), but I really enjoy how they turned out so, I guess it works just fine. The sixth rannger was a bit more tricky, I wanted it to ressemble the Magna Defender (which wasn't a 6th Ranger by the way but an Extra hero), so to do that, I had to change the history of PRLG a bit, nothing big, so nobody who loves the season and knows it by heart would get mad at me for. In the end, I think I made it work just fine, so, that's it, hope you guys enjoy them.

After Deviot's attack on KO-35, Karone decides to depart to Terra Venture, now the capital of Mirinoi, to warn her former teammates of Deviot's return. Though, as soon as she leaves, her ship is noticed by Deviot's enforcers. Razin Aver, one of Conder Rackham's enemies, turned ally to Deviot, is sent to capture her. Aver forces Karone to send a message to his brother to ensure them Terra Venture and Mirinoi were safe, making the Rangers sole focus on Deviot who was planning to use Karone as his trump card when he needs to. Following Deviot's orders, something he was not happy to do, Aver holds Karone hostage for some time, until things start to turn against Deviot's plans, Aver realizes that Deviot won't be able to defeat these rangers and even if he survives this war, he will not be able to lead them to the great treasure he promised. Aver decides to interrogate Karone and forces her to answer where this Great Treasure is, quickly Karone realizes Deviot was planning to defeat the Galaxy Rangers and take over the power of the Orion Lights for him. Knowing Leo and the rest could hold themselves agaisnt Aver if she led them there, Karone told him it was in Mirinoi and that she could lead him. Aver was excited, he could claim this Great Treasure for himself, though he realized that it would be protected and took half of Deviot's army with him for support.

As soon as they arrived at Mirinoi's Solar System, Terra Venture's Security Division which was now leaded by Mike Corbett watched Aver's ships and prepared for the upcoming attack. After alerting Leo and the rest of the Rangers to be prepared, the Galaxy Rangers once again took the Quasar Sabers from their resting place and prepared for battle, they might not be able to morph again, but the Sabers allowed them to summon the Galactabeasts and if needed be, gave them acces to the Orion Lights and while using them unmorphed might be risky, they could not let anyone destroy their planet. Terra Venture's Security managed to defend the city from destruction, leaving the Galaxy Rangers to take care of the bigger problems. The galaxy Rangers managed to defend themselves rather easy from Aver's foot soldiers, the same robotic insects Deviot was using, but it was when he sent a larger threat to them, the first monster they faced in years, the rangers didn't do so well. Not able to morph into Ranger as well as being now older, and not as faster or stronger as they once were, they struggled to defeat the thug and set their sight on the flagship, Aver's ship. Summoning the Galactabeasts to aid, the rangers prepared to attack, but Aver's experience with Deviot proved to be useful now, he knew that when the Rangers called for their "zords" a larger threat soon would arrive, and he would not let that happen, Aver immediately ordered the rest of the ships an attack over the beasts, defeating them and killing them even before the megazord could be assembled. Now without their zords, the Galaxy Rangers were powerless against Aver and were soon defeated.

After defeating the rangers, Aver had them aboard his ship, and attempted to kill them when he was stopped by Karone, telling him they along with her were the key to the treasure he was looking for, forcing the villain to spare their lives in exchange for Karone retrieving the remaining Saber. Back on Terra Venture, with the Galaxy Rangers defeated and no one else able to protect them, Mirinoi inhabitants started to panic, they had no way to protect themselves from those ships and even when the Security Division could protect Terra Venture and other cities for some time, they wouldn't last forever. Desperate to get some help, Mike made a call to Hexagon HQ and reuqested their aid, after all, he knew they had been working on a ship to protect Earth's outer space and a team of rangers to do the job, but he was shocked to learn that team was already at KO-35, defending the planet from Deviot and thus, in no position to leave it. Mike was almost hopeless when Billy Cranston took the call and offered Mike an alternative, after his meeting with him and the rest of the Galaxy Rangers, he had been working on a new set of morphers that could grant the rangers, or more likely, new rangers a new power, but he had not finished them, their power source had not been altered and since the specs were made after his Magna Defender and the Galaxy Rangers power, which all used the Quasar Sabers to work with, he'd have to retrieve the Quasar Sabers from Aver for them to work. Mike agreed, he'd make sure to get the Sabers so Mirinoi would be protected once more. With that, Billy prepared a small cargo ship, the only other ship equipped with the needed technology to arrive at Mirinoi in time and loaded the morphers in it, along with his Zord Prototypes.


With Karone's body and only a couple members of his crew left, Mike returned to Terra Venture. After burying Karone, he returned the Quasar Sabers to their stone altar, he knew that the Sabers chose who would carry them, the only way to ensure fitting Rangers to protect Mirinoi was placing them back there. In an attempt to find these new suitable protectors, Mike summoned every inhabitant of Mirinoi who wanted to protect their world to try and retireve the Quasar Sabers from the altar. It took about a week for the first person to retrieve one of the swords, Hoyt Foster, a Captain of the Security Force of Terra Venture who first aimed for the Red Saber as he wanted and felt that deserved to be the leader, but it was only after talking to Mike and the latter explaining him to be more humble, and that within Rangers, no matter the color, everyone was equally important, that Hoyt was able to pull the Green Saber from the altar.

Soon after Hoyt retrieved the first Saber, the Cargo Ship sent by Hexagon landed on Mirinoi, carrying the morphers and new zords. It had become the new target for Aver's attacks, Hoyt protected the ship from the footsoldiers aided by his squadron. As the zords were moved to Terra Venture's hangar, all of the Security Corps protected them, leaving Hoyt to face alone a new monster sent by Aver's forces. In an attempt to aid the lone ranger, Logan Franco, a recently sophomore at Mirinoi's first University, Morgan University's student, Darren Hobbes, a member of Hoyt's squadron, Cristen Saito one of the first children from Terra Venture colonists to be born in the new planet and thus a Mirinoi native and Karyn Saunders another student and one of Logan's former classmates, all ran to the altar and retrieved each one of the remaining Sabers. Now with the five Sabers active, the morphers moved to them, recognizing them as their power source and for the first time, a new team of power rangers formed, each of them getting access to one of the zords sent by Hexagon:

After the new rangers were chosen and their fight with Aver's forces grew, it didn't took long for the Magna Defender sword, now a relic of sorts in Terra Venture's museum, to awaken again, though this time, it lacked the strength to give anyone the full power of the Magna Defender. Instead, Mike took the chance to use the last morpher, giving it to his Second in Command man who brought the sword to the rangers and by using the Quansar Saber's power to give the sword a little more power, he was able to channel it through the morpher and become the Magna Ranger, a new power created entirely by Hexagon to honor Mike's lost powers:

Now aided with a sword of his own, Ace joined the five "Mirinoi Rangers" in their fight against Aver to protect their planet and rescue the former Galaxy Rangers.
